Volkswagen has unveiled the new three-door Polo, which will go on sale in January 2010 with prices ranging from around £9200 to £14,000. The new supermini will be built in Volkswagen’s Pamplona factory in Spain, and shares its platform with the five-door Polo. Back to the glory days for McLaren Honda? There is no real love lost between McLaren and Mercedes. Respect, certainly, but McLaren has done all it can to extricate itself from business dealings with the Germans, and the final step may be a partnership with Honda to supply new engines for the McLaren F1 team.
